The meet cute.
Kelly Osborn (no, not that Kelly Osbourne) and Rhodi Cate (and yes, that is her real name) met at a professional development seminar for coaches in 2019.
When Rhodi heard Kelly say, "I live in hope (Hope, Michigan)," Rhodi wanted to live in hope too and knew she had to get to know Kelly.
And later that day when Kelly needed hairspray and heard Rhodi had a car, Kelly made the ask and they ended up laughing all the way to the store.
Little did they know that day would put them firmly on the road to creating Hope & Hairspray™ and hosting one of the best podcasts for women.

Rhodi Cate
Known as a leadership development strategist and coach, Rhodi Cate spent over 25 years in corporate learning and development roles.
Rhodi, along with her teams, have developed leaders globally for companies like Starbucks, FLEX, Mary Kay, Pizza Hut and YUM! Brands successfully guiding thousands of individuals into leadership roles.
Today, Rhodi uses that experience and her creativity to show women how to become who they were meant to be.

Kelly Osborn has been running successful businesses for over 20 years and calls herself a serial entrepreneur.
As she has a talent for building engaged teams, others call her a people-preneur and one of the best coaches for teams.
Today, Kelly has developed her teams to run her businesses allowing her to focus on coaching leaders and showing them how they can build high-performing teams that can take their businesses to the next level.

Each Hope & Hairspray™ engagement is facilitated by Rhodi Cate and Kelly Osborn who will coach, mentor, and teach you throughout the experience. The word fa▪cil▪i▪tate means to make (an action or process) easy or easier. This means we see it as our job to make your development journey easier.
We do this by ensuring each interaction is nurturing, inspiring, and positive. That each self-discovery activity we guide you through is creative and engages your heart. And while., sessions are in a group setting, we will also spend time with you individually, so you get the strategies that fit your needs and strengths.
We might take our role as facilitator and guide seriously, but we do have a lot of fun throughout the process. We think you will too.
